WHAT TIME DO YOU OPEN

We open to clubs at 8am, open to general public 9am, close 5:30pm but the show will generall thin out from around 3 onwards

CAN I BRING A DOG?

No sadly you can't. You also can't leave it in your car in the car park, we will smash your window to free your dog if you do.

IS THERE DISABLED PARKING?

Yes, we have an area set aside for disabled parking within the venue at track side, come in the normal club/retro parking gate and you will be guided there.

CAN I PAY ON THE GATE?

We are a cash only gate, you can buy digital tickets online at any time before arriving at the gate from https://retroridesevents.ticketspice.com/retro-rides-gathering-2024. Please arrive with tickets or cash, thank you.

ARE TICKETS PER PERSON OR PER CAR?

Per person. £20 Adult (17+), £5 16-5, free Under 5.

SO I NEED TO PRINT MY TICKETS?

Ideally yes, or you can screenshot it on your phone. We need to be able to scan the ticket at entry time so please have it available to present as soon as you get to the show

I'VE NOT RECIEVED MY TICKET, WHAT TO DO?

If you can't find your tickets in your email you can get them resent to you via the link below.

CAN I PARK IN THE SHOW?

If you arrive in a retro car (pre-2000 for our purposes) and you aren't on a club stand you will be guided to the the Retro Parking area which is part of the main show ground.

I DON'T HAVE MY CLUB PASS CAN I GET ON MY STAND?

Yes you'll be able to get on your stand if your stand pass hasn't arrived in time or you've been unable to print one. Passes help us keep traffic moving so if you do have one please have it on display.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOW AND SHINE?

Yes we do. It is a fairly relaxed affair so there is no need to take cotton buds to your exhaust for the ultimate clean.

CAN I GET ON TRACK?

If you have a pre-2000 car and fancy some track action, you can make your application here: retroridesevents.com/rrgathering/track.

CLUBS

HOW DO I BOOK A CLUB STAND?

You head to our events system and fill out the little form: retroridesevents.com/retroridesgathering/club we will send you passes for your members to print out before the event and put in their windscreen.

DO I STILL NEED A TICKET?

Yes you do. When you are on display, either in a club or retro display spot, you will have a pass to put in your windscreen. This pass gets you to the right spot in the show, you will still need tickets to get into the show.

WHERE ARE THE CLUB STANDS?

Club stands are in the big field next to the track and extend across it. Stand space is allocated to keep a mix of cars and clubs across the field

WHEN CAN I CAMP FROM?

Camping opens at 3pm on Friday 9th August.

CAN I BRING A CAMPER VAN/MOTORHOME/CARAVAN?

Yes we have spots for all of the above. We don't have electrical hookups.

CAN I HAVE A FIRE?

Fires are allowed however they MUST be off the ground and contained. All ash is to be put in the "hot" bin provided on site, PLEASE EXTINGUISH YOUR BBQ BEFORE PUTTING THEM IN THE BIN.

IS THERE A 'TAT' AUCTION

YES!! The mighty Kev from Wales will be hosting another charity tat auction this year. The cafe will also be open serving food and drink on Saturday evening.
